My approach is integrative. This means that it is focused on the clients needs and adapts to suit the particular circumstances. I may call on various models of therapy, including psychodynamic, existential and solution focused, in order that the client comes first at all times.
I have experience of working with clients in various settings. These include Agencies, Schools, Colleges and Privately. To my mind, it is always the client that is at the forefront of the work, rather than the problem or the counsellor's theoretical background.
Working from my home in Sandhurst, Berkshire provides the confidentiality that is so important in Counselling and Life Coaching and it is here that I work with both individuals and couples.
